ARTICLE III. ABUSE OF OFFICE

In violation of his oath to “faithfully discharge the duties” of his office, Richard Bruce Cheney, in his conduct as Vice President of the United States, has placed the interests of private entities and his personal interests above the public interest, in that he has engaged in one or more of the following:

(1) Conspiring to Reveal the Covert Identity of an Intelligence Officer

(2) Violating the Public Trust

(3) Maintaining an Unethical Business Relationship
