ARTICLE II. MAKING FALSE REPRESENTATIONS

In violation of his oath of office to “bear true faith and allegiance” to the Constitution, Richard Bruce Cheney, during his tenure as Vice President of the United States, has conducted the foreign affairs of the United States of America in violation of the core body of international laws to which the United States of America is bound by treaty.

This conduct has included one or more of the following:

(1) Manipulating Intelligence

(2) Perpetuating False Evidence
